After 2 month’s internship
Joining recruit express is one of the best decision I’ve ever made. And when this fruitful journey is coming to the end, let me share my experience with y’all.
In fact, initially I was quite doubtful about this company, yeah let’s be frank to each other you may find lots of negative comments about them on PTT or Dcard. But luckily as my interview went quite well and I trusted my sixth sense, I decided to join Recruit Express and gave it a try, which later became my first lesson here,
Don’t fully trust something till you experience it.
Here in Recruit Express, teamwork is highly valued so everyone needs to closely cooperate with each other; therefore, the atmosphere is so good that you can hear people talking, chatting, and in discussion all the time.
Looking back to the time I kick started my internship, what greeted me are a group of outgoing and amiable colleagues, an OK (? computer, and some challenging work which triggered my desire to conquer.
Our job is to match talents with jobs, and basically my mentor Vicki will let me try, and teach me if needed; in other words, I can explore a lot (almost freely). This kind of mentoring style is a gift for me, although at first I’m like really clumsy and always do some stupid things, I gradually understand how to understand candidates and help them find appropriate jobs, and I truly love how I solve those difficulties and grow to be a stronger lady.
